Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule ,please call or text within a 24 hour notice.All cancellations will have a fee of $25(Does not apply if the cancellation is due to the braider)Clients will have a grace period of 10 minutes to arrive to the appointment ,anything after up till 15 mins will result in an additional fee of $15.Any clients running late more than 15 minutes will result in cancellation of appointment.No Refunds for canceled appointments
